Who is Overstocks 4U?

Overstocks 4U is operated by ValueSupply, LLC, located in Cleveland, Ohio, a supplier of wholesale closeouts, overstocks and factory direct sports apparel.

All of the products offered at Overstocks 4U are first quality manufacturer's closeouts.  There are not store returns, irregulars or refurbished merchandise.  Some apparel may have the tags cut as directed by the Manufacturer.  This will be noted in the description page of the specific piece of clothing.

What is the Order Process?

A few products offered on www.overstocks4u.com are not physically located in our facility.  This makes it difficult for us to keep up-to-the-minute inventory levels.  As a result, your order is not automatically processed at the time it is entered.  We receive the order, check the status of the items, process the order and then send you a confirmation email letting you know the status of the order.

Our discounted sports apparel is offered by our parent company, ValueSupply LLC.  When ordering any of these pieces, you will be utilizing their check out screens and processes.  The major difference is a majority of their products are physically located in other warehouses and both first class and parcel post are not offered as shipping options.

What is your Return Policy?

If, within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund less shipping cost.  If an error was made on your order or the product is defective, return it and receive a refund for the full cost of the merchandise plus the original shipping cost and the least expensive method for returning the product. 

If you purchased clothing and the size is incorrect, just mail it back to us.  Tell us the correct size and we will ship you the new size (if available) at no additional cost.  If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping cost.  The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. 

To return an item, enclose a copy of you original invoice and ship the goods to: ValueSupply, LLC, 4828 Dublin Drive, North Royalton, Ohio 44133  If you have lost the invoice, call us at 877-358-4204 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.

ValueSupply does reserve the right to refuse the refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the merchandise was worn or damaged.

ValueSupply utilizes secure data encryption during your shopping experience, thus your credit card information is not visible throughout the entire ordering process.  Our shopping cart service company, Americart, also holds a Verisign Secure Server Authenticity Certificate, making your shopping experience even more secure.
